NEXUS MD is a clinically integrated network of physicians in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts which is aggregating data from different ambulatory practices and healthcare facilities to improve clinical outcomes & reduce healthcare cost.

The Zen Healthcare IT team is excited about working with the NEXUS MD team to simplify clinical data exchange. Zen’s Integration as a Service (IaaS) platform – called Gemini – and its FHIR-based clinical data repository (CDR) are among the strategic interoperability tools being used by NEXUS MD.
