Several years ago, The Health Collaborative joined with the Greater Cincinnati Health Council, and HealthBridge to form a single, united organization. They now have over 140 hospital and care partners. They are leading healthcare data improvement initiatives that will bring about healthier people, improved health care delivery, and lower healthcare costs.

Our team here at Zen Healthcare IT is excited to be working with The Health Collaborative to simplify their healthcare interoperability and help them succeed in their mission and vision for the greater Cincinnati community.
